My journey with ADHD began long before I even knew what ADHD was. Being officially diagnosed at age 55, it cast a whole knew light on my life and especially my career. It gave me a better understanding of the behavior I experienced throughout my life. It opened me up to a world of medications, practices, and guidance to better understand how my mind worked. I didn't bury myself in the negative, instead I searched for the genius in my diagnosis and resources to help me thrive with ADHD and live in my "genius zone".
I wanted a place where I could share some of the ideas, programs, and material that has helped shape my life over the years and propel me into the future. A place where people like me, and even those who aren't could find hope and realize their destiny like I did.
