In 1974, Jim Ayre and Dick Rhinehart embarked on a journey. The goal was to open a real estate firm that matched the values the two shared. For the firm to be successful, they needed to create a company that celebrates the individual agents and staff that comprise its' team.  They needed to create a long term vision, an organization of people who wanted to be more than just salespeople, but act as trusted advisors to their clients during one of the largest financial transactions they'll make in their lives.

Their success came in creating one of Midland's largest and most trusted real estate firms, and passing it down to a new generation of leaders who still believe authenticity is at the core of everything we do.
