Looking back, nearly every meaningful shift in my life started with a conversation—sometimes one-on-one, sometimes in a room with people who were smarter, wiser and more in alignment than I was. They showed up with care, vulnerability, and a willingness to share.

Sometimes, it was that I simply needed to be heard. Other times, I needed space to reconnect with my goals, passions, and ultimately, myself. Often, I just needed a reminder of who I am, or I just needed to get away.

Often I just didn't know where to turn.
